Is remapping safe for my car?

Remapping is completely safe when the company uses custom files designed specifically for your vehicle, steers clear of generic ones, and works within the car’s limits without overdoing it. At All Torque, we run a full engine health check before getting started, and each map is made from scratch to keep every vehicle safe.

What is a remap?

A remap updates the software in your car’s ECU, tweaking fuel, ignition, and turbo settings to deliver a smoother, better-performing drive.

What if I want to sell my vehicle?

You can sell a remapped vehicle as long as you inform the buyer. We also offer a de-tuning service, allowing you to restore your car to its original stock condition if required.

What Improvements can I expect?

Both petrol and diesel cars can gain anywhere from 15% to 50% more power and torque with a stage 1 remap, resulting in smoother acceleration, improved fuel efficiency, and enhanced towing capability.

How long does it take?

We aim to complete a remap within 1 hour although every vehicle is different, sometimes it can take 30 mins and others the full hour.

Do you need to take any parts off my car?

Usually not—most remaps are done through the OBD port inside the vehicle. In rare cases, we may need to remove the ECU for bench or boot work, but we’ll let you know before we begin.
